I was diagnosed with scleroderma in 2010. Life with scleroderma isn’t easy, because you really don’t know what will happen to you the next day or even the next moment. There’s no fixed pattern to the problems I see. One day I have gastrointestinal problems, another day it will be joint pain, or maybe I am just not able to get up at all. Or suddenly there’s a swelling or pigmentation on the skin which changes my appearance completely.

Because of these problems, I always have to be dependent on my family at home and friends in my workplace. But at the same time, I am also thankful to God to be blessed with lovely people who are always there for me.

Over the years I have learned that the master key to healing is to accept and love yourself for being what you are. I also got into the beautiful world of Pranic Healing. Now with the help of Pranic Healing I can help both myself and others.

Scleroderma did take a lot from me, but I am thankful to it because it has taught me more. Scleroderma taught me that I was lucky to be living in this wonderful world, and to be grateful for the things I can do.
